"Great quality canvas print"

I ordered a canvas print and it looks closer to a paint than others I've seen. The quality of the print is very good so you wouldn't be sure it is a paint or a print.
Very well packed also so arrived well.

I made the below complaint- some of the confusion seems to be around the intermediary ‘PayPal’
All is now resolved and my refund received.

Have bought from here approx 8 times- 7 with no problem. Last item delivered damaged- replacement never arrived- company will only refund if I send damaged item back (bear in mind they have numerous photos of the damage so they can see I am telling the truth.
Company advised to trash the damaged item- luckily I did not as they want it back before they refund me.
Tracked post will cost £8 or signed for £9.89.
Posterlounge will not refund the postage costs_ my refund is only just under £15 so return postage is not worth it

The card function on their website was not working despite trying with several cards and different devices. The team were helpful and sent me a payment link and option to make a transfer but as a European company the transfer would have had a large fee so I was not able to complete my purchase

"Damage prints, but nicely resolved "

I purchased 3 metal prints. They shipped me the items stacked with no wrap or protection. All the prints had bent edges and scratches.
However, they did refund my purchase without requiring a return of the damaged items.

The only issue I had was the fact that the canvas I ordered (Adoration of the shepherds) was too gloomy,too shadowy. In the foto it was more luminous. As the colours of the painting are originally more dark, I think the imprint on canvas should be to some degree enlightened, not too much as to deviate from the original

"Classics on canvas"

I order a few classics on canvas. I was very surprised by the quality of the print. Frame was okay too. Although I ordered the canvases just a week before christmas, they still arrived before christmas. So delivery was very fast. I am very satisfied with the purchase.
