"This company flags any negative reviews…"

This company flags any negative reviews and tries to get them taken down. They flagged my previous review twice within three months. The first time, I had to provide documentation to prove my experience was real, which I did, and it was put back online within a few hours.

Last Wednesday, they flagged my review a second time. This time, they went after me for ‘harming their business’ by reporting them to the CFTC and suggesting others do the same if they have been scammed by one of these gold companies. The automated bot used by this website identified my post as “promotional materials” because it included contact information to help scam victims report a scam. So I edited it and this website put it back online.

The colonial metals group uses high-pressure tactics and misleading information to try and sell semi-numismatic coins at about double their actual value. They call and text repeatedly to the point of harassment and refuse to take ‘no’ for an answer. When their rating dropped down to about 4 stars, this website suddenly became flooded with what appear to be fake five-star reviews from unverified people, which all essentially say the same thing and name the same person. This is an extremely sophisticated scam. Don’t fall for it.

Edit: They flagged this review also, claiming defamation. This website found nothing wrong with my review and put it back online.

Edit: They have flagged 100% of the 1-star reviews. You can verify this by clicking on “how this company uses trustpilot” and then “flagging”. The site is slow to update, so the data does not yet include their third flag on me or the latest flag on someone else, which happened an hour ago.

Edit: They tried to get this post taken down for “defamation” when there was no defamatory content— this is the definition of trying to silence critical feedback.

I have a 401K account and was looking for alternatives since the market has been concerning.

I called Colonial and spoke to Blake Sawyer - he was very patient, knowledgeable and explained everything about current market conditions and the different options I had with gold and silver.

Everyone I spoke to at the office was kind and helpful, but Mr. Sawyer really stood out as someone that knows his stuff. Extremely happy and will be returning!

Changing over to Colonial Metals so far, has been the best thing going for me lately.
I'm glad that I finally quit procrastinating. But. There's so much that I didn't understand about how it all works.
So far I have had the opportunity to talk with Alex, Tish and Candace.
Never have I felt misleading or dumb when I have asked many questions. They have eagerly took my questions and made sure I understood the answers.
With my other IRA accounts that I've had, getting information was a hassle. I don't feel that with the Colonial Metals and I'm super happy.
Now I have contacts name and numbers, and I feel like I have a team working for me.
