Excellent customer service! Even when I was agitated the CSRs were friendly, calm and thorough in all their explanations. They made sure I understood all aspects of the process and even asked questions to ensure I did. I have dealt with other groups and this group doesn't have to used car salesmen attitude. I appreciate them wanting to make sure I made the right choice for me. They are very respionsive to all inquiries. You will even get your own contact person, I have to say Mily is wonderful and I enjoy working with her and Joe. I would recommend.

"Be careful, ask questions "
WABC radio and public figures supposedly use this company. In the process of buying gold I ended up following the brokers suggestion of 70% silver 30% gold on October 31. I was told 10 to 14 days to delivery. Well it’s been 3 weeks. So now they say 8 to 12 weeks because so many people have purchased. So the previous comment on November 15 seems incorrect. they should have given me a call first.
The issues are with the customer support group. I have medical treatments weekly so I had to be at home to receive the 25,000 dollars of bullion. They told me it shipped on a Friday. I would be home the next day. They also stated a signature is required. FedEx left it on my porch on Friday with no signature.
Two weeks later I get a call from the broker saying he would give me “Clarity”. The problem is the customer relations and delivery department. I got several calls but the information was inaccurate each time with a different story. They really do not listen to the client at all.I have now heard that it comes from Europe, there are customs and manufacturing delays , and the shear volume of purchases.
Had they stated that up front and scheduled it for the days I am home there would be no issues. Their attitude is that they have a million dollar insurance per shipment so it’s not a problem. I was offered free silver as compensation. I did not take it. Gold and silver are dropping and they tried to tell me that I had a profit. Hahaha! I told the broker not to worry but he said the CO would call me. She did and we set up a call time. She was more than a half hour late and I had other things to do. Sorry. No call back. If they spent the energy providing accurate information and not been so self absorbed it would have been a good experience. BTW I worked as an Account Executive for Merrill Lynch when full registration for every exchange was required including commodities so I don’t need clarity.
