Colonial Metals Group is sending out emails with scare tactics and false information in an attempt to get people to buy their product. If the product was so good, why would they need to use terms like "Communist" to scare and ad "Trump" to entice. I received another one of their propaganda filled emails on 11/7/24.

I'm writing this review to highlight my overall experience with Colonial Metals Group. I have to admit this is my first foray into precious metals and it's been quite a learning experience. The team assisted me in the types of metals to buy and why, which improved my understanding. Allen, who assisted me in setting up my account patiently answered all my questions along the way.

The one thing that needed improvement was communication -- especially for people new to metals. Letting us know the status along the way would have been helpful and necessary. Once Mily Fernandez was added to the team, the communication has very much improved.

Mily has been incredibly helpful in explaining things and in following-up. If she says she's going to call she absolutely does -- she is a wonderful addition to the team. Based on her and the company's knowledge of precious metals, I would recommend them.
