"Stellar Care overshadowed by Nightmare Encounter with Dr. Sibel ERDAMAR"

My visit to Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital was overall outstanding, with the majority of the staff, including over five doctors, demonstrating exceptional kindness and professionalism. In addition to the translator Menatalla Mohamed which was very helpful throughout my visit, ensuring effective communication and support during my interactions with the hospital staff. However, my experience turned negative when I encountered Dr. Sibel ERDAMAR, the anesthesiologist. Dr. ERDAMAR's behavior was not only unprofessional but also displayed signs of racism and arrogance. She failed to acknowledge my presence, spoke in a condescending tone to the translator, and showed a lack of knowledge about my condition, asking unnecessary questions. Her facial expressions conveyed disgust, raising concerns about potential racial bias.

Furthermore, Dr. ERDAMAR neglected to involve me in my healthcare decisions, providing no information about anesthesia options or the procedure. Unlike other doctors who offer reassurance, she made me feel anxious and belittled. Her complete lack of empathy and disrespectful behavior marked the most horrible experience with a doctor and the worst human interaction in my life. Despite the hospital's overall excellence, I strongly caution against seeing Dr. Sibel ERDAMAR to avoid a nightmare-like experience. I hope the hospital addresses this issue promptly to prevent similar mistreatment of other patients in the future.

Sono Regina e vengo dal Ucraina, vivo in Italia. Ho scelto Memorial e sono rimasta molto contenta e soddisfatta dai risultati. Ho fatto tre interventi e sono stata in Turchia una settimana. Un ottimo servizio : dal trasporto, dal alloggio in un bellissimo 5*****, da professionalita di ogni medico ed infermiera. Sono stata seguita ogni minuto.
Tutto era molto organizzato, curato, seguito per ogni piccolo momento. Penso che mio intervento non era possibile senza mio interprete Yousuf ( Giuseppe), che è stato con me sempre ed è stato lui a convincermi di non avere paura e fare l'intervento. Giuseppe è una persona molto professionale e molto preparato, si trova al posto giusto.

Io consiglio a tutti Memorial, i suoi super professionisti, la sua esperienza ed i suoi servizi di altissima qualità.

Grazie mille per avermi cambiato la vita in meglio.

"Nearly perfect"

Nearly perfect . Dr Mehmet Dogruer and his team are good workers. Taking the right time to save every single hair. That the most important and they earn a five star but I put 4 stars because some issues with the organisation :
-Since the beginning I spoke with 5 different French translators and it cause some issues.
- I've missed somme informations :
#we haven't take the time to really choose an hotel. Actually I discover the name of the hotel when the Taki drive me there.
# at the airport, impossible to find the taxi. I haven't received any meeting point instruction until I ask one hour after looking for him in vain. Finally I had to buy a Sim card and call the WhatsApp manager, who furtunatelly pick up the phone.
#Once arrived at the hotel courtyard, I've discovered that the hotel is in construction. Which is not pleasant. If I had known, I would have taken another hotel.
#On operation day, taxi forget to pick me up. I had to take one myself. Which is not a problem if I know I had to. Maybe it's better to let the clients choose freely a free taxy?

So here are some clue to improve.

So I'll probably recommand Dr dogruer but warning friends that they must act as being alone for organisation et cie and I would recommand another hotel that Courtyard Marriott.

My family and I have been checking up our health in Memorial Ataşehir for 2 years already. Our experience is really great here. We appreciate professional skills of the staff especially of our pediatrician Dr. Nesrin Ozkan and dentist Dr. Ibrahım Mert Topcubası.

A special thanks to the traslators. You are very kind, supportive and eager to help. Zhanerke Kalykova is so nice with children, so they consider her their friend and so happy to go to the hospital cause they will meet her there.

I am from the U.S. and had planned to get a rhinoplasty in January. Once I landed in Antalya, I texted Naz, the translator from Memorial Hospital. She responded quickly and mentioned the driver would arrive soon. Upon reaching the hospital, they conducted tests in preparation for the morning surgery. The night nurse made me comfortable while drawing blood and conducting other tests. In the morning, Dr. Ismail Önder Uysal and Naz discussed my desired results. The surgery went smoother than expected. Before leaving the hospital, Naz outlined the plan for the following week, including check-ups and accommodation details. The hotel was wonderful, situated in front of a beautiful beach and near many shops and restaurants. Naz kept in touch, monitoring medication effectiveness and my well-being. On cast removal day, seeing my nose for the first time left me feeling confident and thrilled with the natural-looking results. I highly recommend Dr. Ismail Önder Uysal. A week later, the doctor checked on my nose, confirming it was healing well. Naz's support throughout made the experience comfortable. If Dr. Ismail Önder Uysal, Naz, and nurses reflect the hospital's service, I can only imagine the excellent care provided by the entire staff!

Doctor.mutsfa kurklu is the best out there for any orthopedic operation,I recommend him to any one starting from my family to all my friends and fellows.
