I am writing my feed back as the nurse and doctors emare extremely rude and discrimination towards disability people and to retired veterans which is my dad be had a problem with you guys and he almost sue you for laughing in his face. I had the same issue that he had where I ask for help when I was being discharged and they laughed in my face and stand there and play on there phone and refuse to help me as I did not know where was the main entrance as I get lost some time. Plus last week I in up in the ER due to a severe shoulder injury from work and they prescribed me meds that could have easily killed me as there was a FDA warning label on it that it can increase your blood pressure to the danger zone and it also say if you have GERD stomach issues it can cause your stomach lineing to burst or bleed or it can cause you to get multiple stomach ulcers and bleeding why do I want to take this I have stronger pain meds so why give me other painkillers meds that I never heard of. As of today I have started a petition form for asking my Congress of de Santos do a full investigation on all the employees nurses assistance and doctors as they are violating multiple FL laws and regulations.

I had a really great experience at Memorial Hospital, and owe it all to Meral Halit for making it a smooth and enjoyable experience. I was initially nervous about the extensive checkup, but she made sure that all of my questions were answered, and that I had all of the information that I needed. It is a beautiful hospital, each specialist seemed very knowledgeable & they are very thorough in their work, and I would definitely recommend it.

I heard about the women's vip check up through tik tok so I decided to give it a try! I was assigned a translator her name is Meral Halit. She was a 10/10! She was very kind, attentive and had lots of patience. Its a lot that happens in a day and 1/2! She translated all my thoughts and questions I had with each specialty doctor, because of her I had a really good experience

"Thank you so much Dr Çebi Gulsum and Beyza Sevim!"

My daughter & I decided to choose Memorial Hospital in Istanbul for surgery, after researching surgeons to perform a breast reconstruction/augmentation for my daughter and a breast reduction, lift & tummy tuck for myself and we decided on Dr Gulsum Çebi.

We did have a bit of an unfortunate mix-up due to the computers being down at the hospital and so there was no member of staff expecting us, or who spoke English. We did WhatsApp message one of the reps (Dilara Gülyuva) who we’d been told would help us in the event of a problem. Unfortunately, she was not interested in helping us and after initially replying abruptly with the wrong information, she then decided to read our messages and ignore us.

After our bloods were taken, we got an uber to our hotel. The staff at the hotel were lovely but the room was tiny and basic and far from a comfortable place to recover after surgery.

The following morning after a sleepless night with more than a little apprehension, we were picked up from our hotel and taken to Memorial Hospital, where we first met the lovely Beyza Sevim, our coordinator and translator for the duration of our stay.

What a breath of fresh air she is. Beyza was extremely supportive and sympathetic to the problems we had encountered and immediately went about putting the issues right and moved us from our current hotel, to the Hilton.

We were then introduced to our surgeon Dr Gulsum Çebi and any questions we had were answered and we instantly felt reassured by her professionalism and the quality of her work.

Both our hospital rooms were comfortable, spacious and spotless and any questions we had during our stay, were quickly answered by Beyza. She really is an absolute credit to the hospital.

After having my daughters more than 25 years ago, I was left with stretched skin on my stomach and breasts that no amount of exercise would change. To look in the mirror and finally smile has been wonderful, Dr Çebi is certainly an incredibly gifted surgeon, I really feel blessed.

My daughter & I have had no trouble at all with healing, it’s all been very plain sailing. Any question we’ve asked has been quickly addressed by Beyza via WhatsApp (despite her being so busy).

My tummy tuck and breast uplift looks incredible and has really exceeded my expectations. I had muscle repair performed at the same time (included in the price) and all the staff and nurses were lovely and took great care of us.

I have and will continue to recommend our surgeon and the overall experience at Memorial hospital and I only wish I’d done this years ago. Thank you so much to Dr Çebi and Beyza, you’ve both been wonderful.

"It's everything you hope for in a hospital and more as a medical tourist"

Everything was exactly as expected and even exceeded expectations in some areas. Our medical translator, Alaz, took amazing care of my family and me, was very thorough, and even after we left, continued to keep contact and make sure we had everything we needed. The hospital was very organized, clean, and expected us in every department we had to pleasure of visiting for testing. You get all your reports in a neat folder that you can take back to your home country to follow up with. Every country should really get on their level as far as accessibility. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone I have the pleasure of talking about it with. This is definitely a service that my family will use again. Teşekkürler, Memorial! <3

I would like to thank my co-ordinator and translator Meral Halit . She personally took very good care of me , moving me from appointment to appointment. "In excellent hands"

In excellent hands! That’s how I would describe my experience - starting with Martin who coordinates everything from afar and never fails to respond to a text at any hour! Then, there’s the personable and efficient team you’ll meet as soon as you enter the hospital; additionally my translator Gülay ileri made everything simple and easily understood! But let’s not forget my surgeon Professor Doctor Tonguç Isken! He’s the kindest, most professional and skilled surgeon you could meet!

"Not great experience"

I had a check-up at Memorial Clinic on January 16th, and they promised to provide all results within five days. However, the first documents were only given to me on February 11th. To this day, I still haven’t received all the results. A month of constant reminders didn’t help.
The hospital is modern and beautiful, but the organization of the check-up leaves much to be desired. Most importantly, I still haven’t received my full results. My check-up included a dentist visit, but the coordinator told me, "Why do you need it? He will just take a look, that’s all." As a result, I never had the dental check-up.

I do not recommend this clinic.

I had a wonderful experience with Meral Halit as my coordinator. She was so patient, kind, and helpful - and ensured I made it to all of my additional appointments. I plan on making this a regular visit for my health check ups.
