Аз съм майката на Славчо и препоръчвам с две ръце тази клиника, много съм доволна от целия персонал, от др.Онур Тели и също така от нашият преводач госпожа Сибел, много внимание ни обърнаха и 24/7 са на разположение в полза на пациента. Нищо общо с България, Благодаря за всичко, което направихте за моето дете, толкова много бях отчаяна ,когато дойдох в децка урология Мемориал , защото в България девет години се опитваха да излекуват хипосподията на моето дете, но тук от една операция виждам разлика и ефект. Радвам се , че моето дете попадна на такъв добър професор уролог др Онур Тели и на неговия екип , те ми дадоха надежда, радост , направиха детето ми щастливо. "Nasenkorrektur - Danke Dr. Bilazer & Yaren! "

Ich hatte vor knapp 4 Wochen eine Nasenkorrektur bei Dr. Bilazer und bin mehr als zufrieden, die OP Verlief ohne Probleme, bin super zufrieden (jetzt schon) mit der neuen Nase !

Einziger Kritikpunkt den ich gerne aussprechen möchte ist das Schmerzmanagement welches mir sehr im Kopf geblieben ist, hatte wirklich nach der Operation massive Kopfschmerzen (Nsse tat 0 weh, aber Mega den Druck im Kopf) trotz mehrmaligen bitten nach Schmerzmittel wurde ich nicht wirklich ernstgenommen, lediglich nach Stunden als man sah das ich wirklich vor Tränen weinte & gekrümmt war, hat man mir etwas stärkeres gegeben, am nächsten Tag im Hotel hatte ich glücklicherweise Ibuprofen dabei & ich hätte mir gewünscht ich hätte sie schon im Krankenhaus gehabt, das wäre dann die perfekte Reise gewesen.

Hotel war super & Frühstück war mit inbegriffen & lecker.

My husband and I were assigned to Meral. She went above and beyond to make sure our experience goes as smooth as possible..She was with us every step of the way even though we had different tests at one point, she managed to get all of the tests done in a timely manner and was all done in one day which is difficult on Saturday. She helped in getting the medicine and transportation. Meral made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience. The hospital is very clean and modern. I would recommend the experience and come again

I underwent a hair transplant procedure at Memorial Hospital in Istanbul, Turkey, on January 2025 and my experience exceeded all expectations. I was assigned to Yaren, who has been nothing short of amazing. She was with me every step of the way, getting all of the tests done in a timely manner. She helped in getting my transportation all sorted, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience. The hospital is very clean and modern with great dining options and helpful staff. I was even able to book a last minute teeth cleaning with little to no hassle. 10/10 would recommend and come again.

Myself and my partner had a full comprehensive check up male/female.
The communication from the get go was great, via emails and what's app.
The hospital organised transport from the airport to our hotel and to the hospital each day.
We was greeted by a lovely translator Meral Halit, who did a fantastic job at organising everything, she was kind, polite and answered all our questions and helped us alot.
The hospital itself, was very clean, a nice chill environment, with beautiful paintings and sculptures, piano playing music at all times, plenty of choices to grab a coffee or eat some food ( included in the package is free menu from big chefs restaurant) there was also, free tea and coffee available.
The whole process for the check up was great, very thorough, we learnt a lot about ourselves, from blood tests to endoscopy, they didn't miss anything.
I highly recommend this hospital, it is great value for money and make you feel safe and welcome.

"Top Notch Experience …"

We can to Istanbul because I couldn't get my PET scan done at a reasonable time in the US. We contacted Memorial and had a date scheduled for the scan. Being from the States we were provided an interpreter. This happened to be Alaz Ege Alp. We didn't know how fortunate we were. We ended up coming to Memorial 3 times and he was there every time. He seamlessly guided us through the process and our our minds at ease. He not only talked with us about Memorial and the process but educated us about Istanbul and Turkish culture. He made a situation I was nervous about very pleasant. He is a wonderful representative of Memorial. He made our experience top notch

I know I have written one of these already, but I got a bit too excited and forgot to mention the rest of the experience and individuals who contributed to it, which I think is important for people to know when they are looking at booking in anything.

The client liaison ( I had Dilara) goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, answer all your questions before, and whilst you are in, Istanbul, and are genuinely caring about you and your experience.

The hospital itself is beautiful - it’s immaculate, stylish and has all the medical professionals you would ever need under one roof.

The food - I have dietary restrictions, and the hospital catered for all of these for my in house stay - my food was delicious and never boring.

My surgeon - incredible. Would not hesitate to let him work in me again.

The nursing staff - so kind, so caring, and so good at their job.

We are a family originally from Puerto Rico who reside in the United States. We decided to come to Turkey for a complete and thorough check-up. Wow! Alaz (our translator) made the experience a breeze. He was beyond and above my expectations taking care of every step of the process. He was supportive, kind and helpful. He was amazing! Fom the very moment we walked into the hospital to the very moment we walked out of it, Alaz was there with us the whole time. We even had coffee together :)
We were very content with the treatment we received as well as all the medical examinations and doctors we encounter throughout the process. Regarding the hospital itself, it was cleaned and smelled wonderful. Alaz made sure everything was taken care of at the hospital and the pharmacy when picking up our medication; including arranging my husband's biopsy. Being a veteran from america, I receive care from the VA that many don't get access to. That care pales in comparison to the care I received here. The patient care is leagues above anything you would receive in the states. Our translator Alaz made the experience a breeze, getting us everywhere we needed to be an explaining anything we didn't understand. He took care of our transportation, lunch arrangements, and helped us pick up our prescriptions. Truly world class services and care.
