I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and expertise provided from three fantastic doctors before, during and after my surgery. I thank sincerely each of them: the urologyst Assoc. Prof. Fatih Yanaral, the gynecologyst Assoc. Prof. Gökhan Demirayak and the general surgeoun Prof. Dr. İlknur Erenler Bayraktar.

I was very concern about my health issues, some of them challenging, related to bladder, myoma in uterus and hernias.

But thanks to the commitment, kindness, care, clear guidance, professionalism, skilled hands, and the excellent team work of all three surgeons, my multiple surgeries, done on the same day, turned out very well.

I am very grateful and happy to have had them for my surgeons, specialized in robotic surgery.

Now I am at home, feeling better and I am on the way to recover. I look forward to the next visits.

Additionally, I was impressed with a good quality of Șişli Memorial Hospital, good
sevice, welcome environment, very comfortable patient room and kind staff.

In this regard I want to express my gratitude to the nurses for their help, support and professionalism and to the inferpreter Mrs. Fatmire Çabrati Tüzün, who helped me in every step throughout the process.

Overall my experience was awesome and I highly recommend to anyone dr. Yanaral, dr. Demirayak and dr. Bayraktar as well as Şişli Memorial Hospital.

Dr Nesrin Ozkan has been a pediatrician for our baby for 2 years. She is very careful and professional doctor. We are happy, that she was a first doctor for our baby. We are foreigners but Memorial provided a very good translator Mss Zhanerke, she was always in touch with us. In addition Zhanerke is a very good person, it was pleasure to meet her.

I had a Mommy Makeover. The hospital is scrupulously clean, which the housekeepers provide around the clock. The room was comfortable with everything I could need - tv, fridge, ensuite, air conditioning, sofa and a view.
The Nurses are kind, professional and helpful. Always have a smile on their faces and are there whenever you need them.
The service team who provide the food are friendly, there is a good choice of food at each meal and the quality is excellent.
Heidi, the translator is always on hand to translate, answer any questions, arrange transport, escort to appointments and to give support.
