im from italy and i get my surgery some days ago in January, my experience was morte than grateful, in the hospital stuff there’s a lot of employers that does not speak english but there’s a translator that may help you for every langue, i was assisted by Gülay Ileri, and italian translator which i didn’t expect to found!!
her helping me with my journey was amazing, she was so kind and supportive almost like i saw an angel, im so grateful that i meet her and used to know such an amazing person!!!
even the rest of the stuff was really supportive, kind, and helpful, im really happy and great of the choice to get my surgery at the memorial hospital. a thanks to all the team, and a special thanks to the nurse Sevval, that assisted me during my night at the hospital, probably the kindest nurse that i’ve ever met!!

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Nadejda, and I am writing to express my concerns and disappointment regarding the surgical procedures you performed on January 16, 2024, at Memorial Hospital.

The procedures included a breast lift, abdominoplasty, and 360-degree liposuction. Unfortunately, the results have not met my expectations, and I am deeply dissatisfied for the following reasons:
1. Excess Fat Retention: Despite undergoing the 360-degree liposuction, I have noticed a significant amount of fat remaining in the treated areas. This outcome is far from what was discussed and anticipated prior to the surgery.
2. Severe Scarring: The most troubling issue is the size and visibility of the scars left by the procedures. These scars are far larger and more prominent than I was led to believe during our consultations. They are causing me significant emotional distress and discomfort.

I am attaching photos to illustrate the issues I have described. I hope these will provide a clearer understanding of my concerns.

I trusted your expertise and reputation when I chose you as my surgeon, and I am deeply disappointed with the outcome. I kindly request that you review my case and provide a solution to address these problems. I am open to discussing corrective options or any other measures you deem appropriate to improve the situation.

Уважаемый доктор,

Надеюсь, это сообщение застанет вас в добром здравии. Я пишу, чтобы выразить свое недовольство операцией по абдоминопластике, которую я прошла в вашей клинике 6 месяцев назад (16 января 2024 года). Я все еще жду чуда, но у меня по-прежнему остается много жира на животе, талии и спине. Возможно, вы забыли выполнить 360-градусную липосакцию?

Кроме того, вы рекомендовали мне только подтяжку груди, что в целом не так уж плохо, но я думаю, результат был бы лучше с имплантами, как я и просила, учитывая, что я заплатила полную стоимость.

Мой шрам выглядит ужасно — он красный и с большим количеством швов! Я видела множество хирургических шрамов, но с таким никогда не сталкивалась.

Я приложу фотографии для иллюстрации.
Прошу вас предложить решение, так как мое тело сейчас выглядит пугающе.

Несмотря на то, что я заплатила £8,500 за операцию, я осталась недовольна результатами. Итог не соответствует моим ожиданиям и, на мой взгляд, не оправдывает заявленные стандарты, о которых шла речь перед процедурой.

Я была бы признательна за возможность обсудить мои опасения более подробно и рассмотреть возможные решения возникших проблем.

"Rhinoplasty Experience"

I loved my stay at the memorial hospital. I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Mehmet Melih Çiçek and he was phenomenal! So professional, made sure to answer all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I can’t thank him enough. I thought the nurses were very nice and mindful. There were some little problems/confusion regarding my transportation and the date of my last appointment, but my translator Meral Halit was always helpful and did everything she could to fix whatever problem we encountered. She was always extremely kind, resourceful and tried her best to make things as easy and as smooth as possible for me.
I’d recommend this hospital to anyone.

"Memorial are hiding negligence"

Memorial allow the private plastic surgeons to be negligent and protect them as they are making so much money from them. Ercan Karacaoğlu surgeon at Memorial Atesihir was negligent and ruined my face along with many others. He hides behind the big hospital group. They allow other surgeons and students to operate on you and when you are rushed before surgery to sign the paperwork it says this. If you are a surgery tourist try and pay a fraction of the fee on your credit card so you have a claim. Do not allow Ercan Karacaoğlu anywhere ear you as once under general anesthesia who knows what is actually happening in the operating theatre.

Meral Halit was great! Had a wonderful experience as an international patient from the US everything was easy and the staff and doctors were wonderful. The process was seamless and they were very communicative and transparent with expectations. Highly recommend!

"Wegen Artzt wechsel wollte ich keine ht mehr "

Habe eine Anzahlung von 200€ geleistet dann ist der Artzt dr.memetdogruer abgesprungen weil er gegangen ist. Ich habe um meine Anzahlung gebeten weil es ja zu keiner Leistung kam von memorial ich wurde penetrant gefragt und genötigt die ht doch bei memorial durch zu führen ich hab es trotzdem nicht getan . Meine Anzahlung hab ich bis heute nicht erhalten ich musste meinen Ausweis und mehrere mal mein Kreditkarten Konto schicken und trotzdem habe das Geld 💰 nicht wieder gekriegt. Mir wurde einfach 200€ gestohlen. Falls ihr überlegt eine Anzahlung zu machen würde ich die gering oder garkeine Anzahlung machen damit ihr nicht so beklaut werdet wie ich.
