Beyza Sevim Belet was my translator and did an outstanding job for me, and for the hospital. I came to the hospital due to the need for an emergency root canal while on vacation from the U.S. Over the following week, and 3 visits, Beyza was assigned to be my translator and was excellent in many ways:
- she was efficient in navigating the International intake process;
- she problem-solved a mix-up the hospital made in getting me set-up and assigned;
- she was extremely thorough in her translation/interpreter skills, communicating even subtleties of dental conditions and prognosis, making me feel comfortable with Dr. Kutuk's analysis and explanation
of my condition, treatment and
concerns;
- most of all she was a very pleasant and positive ambassador for the hospital, who communicated very well in person and on Whatsapp.

My wife was recently admitted to Memorial Hospital in Sisli, Turkey for treatment of severe pneumonia, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care and expertise provided by both the medical staff and the support team during our stay.

In particular, I would like to commend Doctor Yasmein for her fantastic work and the intervention that undoubtedly saved my wife's life. Doctor Yasmein's skill, compassion, and dedication were truly remarkable and we are immensely grateful for her expertise throughout the treatment process. Her professionalism and ability to communicate critical information clearly and empathetically were reassuring and invaluable during such a challenging time.

I would also like to express my gratitude to the Turkish interpreter, Alaz, who was truly exceptional in terms of his care and attention during our stay. Alaz went above and beyond to ensure that my wife and I had all the information we needed in a language we could understand, and his presence made the entire process far easier than it would have been otherwise. His kindness, patience, and willingness to support us throughout our time at the hospital were deeply appreciated.

Overall, the care and support we received at Memorial Hospital were exceptional, and I cannot thank the medical team, including Doctor Yasmein and the interpreter Alaz, enough for their professionalism, compassion, and dedication to their patients. Our experience at Memorial Hospital was made significantly better because of their expertise and kindness, and we are truly grateful for the excellent care we received.

I had completed the men's VIP screening. The whole process was very quick with Meral Halit being an excellent English translator / guide for the day. I have nothing but good things to say about the whole process. 5 star rating.

"Eventful day at memorial "

Had an appointment with a doctor for almost a month; however when I arrived the person that was assigned to me had no clue that I was a patient under him, after 3 grueling hours of wait switchboard operator Mr. Ibrahim Berber came to my rescue and fixed me up with another person to take over my case.
Thanks to the efforts of translator Mrs. Beyza Sevim and Mr. Ibrahim they dealt with all the problems that I was facing it took us the whole day to come to a conclusion.
Words can not express my gratitude towards these two employees, thank you very much for your support guys this experience would have been terrible without you two.
And also thanks to Dr. Fatih; very professional and took me step by step through the entire process

"Check up "

Everything was great with the experience. I was picked up from the airport to the hotel then from the hotel to the hospital on the day of my check up. I came for a general health check up and I met Alaz who was my interpreter. He was excellent, friendly and communicated well. it was good. Each Dr I met was polite and smiling.
