We very nearly missed a flight today because we booked a transfer with this company.
3 weeks ago we booked a transfer to Verona airport for today. We paid a premium, got confirmation, driver phone number etc. We waited this morning and when the car didn’t arrive we texted the driver multiple times and got no response. We emailed the company and only got a bland apology, they said they’ll open an investigation but that’s it-no offer to help and our money hasn’t been refunded.
We were so lucky that our hotel helped us and we managed to get a transfer and just made it to the airport in time.
I would definitely not recommend this company.

I was looking for a transfer from Amsterdam to Brussels and I found this website. It was easy to book and communicate with tge driver. He showed up at the place and time requested. I would definitely contact this company again if I need them in that area.

I made a mistake with the pickup date on Get Transfer, but they refuse to refund me despite the error being on my part. Their customer service is unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue. I do not recommend using this app as their refund policy is very strict and they lack flexibility."

The communication between the driver and myself was excellent. Our flight was a little late in arriving and we had a minor hiccup with the luggage. However the driver never added to the stress. He was calm and courteous.
