Traveling with my dog always stresses me out. Driver not only welcomed him warmly but had a blanket ready in the back seat. My dog slept peacefully—first stress-free ride ever!

We used our driver, Utku, for the journey from Izmir airport to our hotel (about an hour's drive away) and also for the return to the airport. He was waiting for us at arrivals with a sign with my name, and the drive to the hotel was fine.
The return to the airport was also on time. We felt safe and looked after.

"Warning to All Potential Customers and Drivers!"

I strongly advise against using GetTransfer – whether you're a customer or a service provider. As a driver, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unethical. They do not pay their drivers or service providers on time – or at all. I completed multiple rides and have yet to receive payment, despite repeated attempts to contact support. Emails go unanswered, and the few responses I’ve received were full of empty promises and delays.

If a company can't even pay the people providing the service, how can you trust them with your travel plans? It’s clear they are mismanaging funds or simply don't care. This platform is unreliable and dishonest. Avoid GetTransfer at all costs. Book elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Took my money, and we had our hotel changed, we asked them via email if they could change the hotel which I will mention was actually closer to the destination! After around 10 emails chasing them they said they wanted £100 to change the booking, I asked the driver and he knew nothing about this.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They have also refused my refund!

I have all the emails and screen shots of conversation if anyone would like them.

My credit card company is now going to deal with this as it’s fraud

"Chauffeur qui n'est jamais venu"

Le chauffeur était injoignable le jour J. Nous avons attendu 1h15 pour finalement qu'on nous envoie un Uber. Heureusement le lendemain le chauffeur était à l'heure. Dommage, il n'y aura pas de prochaine expérience pour nous avec Gettransfert.
En lisant les avis après coup, l'entreprise ne semble pas très sérieuse.

Flight was almost an hour late arriving and I was travelling on my own with two small children. But after collecting my luggage, my driver was there ready and waiting. Smooth ride and arrived at our hotel still in time for dinner and way ahead of those arriving by coach . Well worth the money
