Gettransfer 19800301 Immer noch keine bezahlung seitens der Firma Gettransfer. Es wird auf Bedingungen hingewiesen, nur zu spät. Beim einstellen wird angeboten, ob man seinen Lohn alle drei Tage oder Wöchentlich erhalten will. So ändert sich auch die Abgabe an Gettransfer. Nur ist es am Ende egal, zu welchen Konditionen man fährt. Das Geld kommt nicht. Angeblich häppchenweise, wenn man 20 Fahrten im Monat macht. Zahlt endlich!!!!

Le chauffeur n'est pas venu malgré le trajet réservé et payé d'avance.
Il ne nous a pas prévenu (par email ni whatsapp, ni tel) et nous avons failli louper notre vol.
Le taxi pris a la sauvette pour courir a l’aéroport nous a facturé un tarif fort et la direction ne rembourse pas ce taxi.
Donc non fiable :
vous reservez et personne ne viens
c'est a vous de trouver une autre solution au dernier moment
la direction qu'on a eu au tel n'a pas envoyé d'autre vehicule

Unkompliziert Abhandlung, direkt online buchen und bezahlen. Fahrer war pünktlich vor Ort. Auch der Kontakt mit Mostafa in Ägypten sehr zuverlässig. Wir haben die Abholzeit geändert und alles ohne Problem. Kommunikation über diese Platform GETTRANSFER sehr gut gelöst.

Kierowca nie przyjechał. Firma mimo upływu ponad miesiąca nie zwróciła pieniędzy. Na wszelkie skargi odpowiadają jednym zdaniem, że zwrot jest w trakcie realizacji. Czyli krótko mówiąc nierzetelna firma. Mój przejazd miał numer 19835377.

Wir hatten getttransfer in georgien genutzt und ich kann mich nur positiv aüßern.
Fahrer war pünktlich und sehr höflich. Gerne werde ich gestrandet wieder nutzen.

Awful!!! I wish i had read the reviews before booking. I had booked a transfer to the airport via GetTransfer and paid upfront. I then recieved messages from the driver asking if i can pay cash?? Despite already paying on the site. The drivers then changed a couple of times before which did make me feel a little uneasy so i then kept in contact with the driver the night before to ensure he would be coming he assured me he would be here. However, as i needed to be at the airport at 4am, i had booked for 2.45am, there was no contact,he did not show up and only messaged when i contacted him at the pick up time and he said he was unable to come. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!! as i had to be at the airport and obviously it was early hours in the morning , i ended up getting an uber which cost me double the price. I complained to GetTransfer and requested a refund, they then said they need some time to investigate even though i sent evidence of the chat from the driver
Absolutely diabolical service, please avoid this using this service, there are much better and reliable transfer services. Also GetTransfer please refund me and please file my formal complaint.
