Mise à jour – Toujours aucun remboursement malgré leur réponse publique !

Je me permets de faire une mise à jour suite à la réponse affichée par GetTransfer ci-dessous. Contrairement à ce qu’ils annoncent, je n’ai jamais reçu le moindre remboursement à ce jour, plus d’un mois après l’incident.

👉 Leur message prétend qu’un remboursement a été émis, mais aucun virement n’est visible sur mon compte bancaire. Après plusieurs échanges, je reçois uniquement des réponses automatiques sans preuve ni suivi réel.

C’est doublement inacceptable :

Un service non honoré de 550€ (le chauffeur n’est jamais venu).

Une communication mensongère, prétendant avoir remboursé alors que ce n’est pas le cas.

⛔️ GetTransfer encaisse l’argent, ne garantit pas la prestation, et répond à côté du problème.
Client·es, soyez très prudents. Et fuyez tant que cette plateforme ne prend pas ses responsabilités.

GetTransfer.com – Non-Payment to Service Partners

I feel obligated to publicly share my experience with GetTransfer.com as a transport service provider.

Despite fulfilling all obligations and successfully completing trips booked via their platform, I have not received payment for services rendered. To date, GetTransfer owes me OVER 3.000EUR, and the situation has remained unresolved since July 2024.

I have been emailing them regularly for months, only to receive automated responses telling me to “be patient” or vague promises that the money is “on the way” – never with a concrete date or actual follow-up.

It's clear now that these are stalling tactics, not genuine efforts to resolve the issue.

After researching, I discovered I’m not alone – many drivers and service partners around the world have experienced the same: months of unpaid earnings, misleading communication, and no accountability from GetTransfer.

This post serves as both a warning to others considering working with GetTransfer and a call to action for the company to pay what is rightfully owed. We are not free labor – we are professionals running legitimate businesses.
