"To die for!"

I have been a regular customer for many years now at Melt Chocolates. Their ice creams are to die for and their chocolates are delicious. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. No matter how much stress they are under they always have a smile on their faces. I will always continue to buy their chocolates for myself, friends and family, they have never disappointed. I refuse to go anywhere else!

I had an amazing experience buying chocolate in Melt today! The girl that served me was incredibly nice, helpful and very skilled in making coffee! Melt never disappoints!

"Poor website experience does not instill confidence in products or company."

I was excited to view products on the website and make an order but the experience was disappointing and concerning. There are multiple spelling mistakes, incorrect punctuation and information is poorly phrased. Melt needs to exercise awareness when writing about the origin of their ingredients. This lack of attention to detail and awareness does not instill confidence. This company lacks the authenticity of other bean to bar companies in the UK.

We had a truly wonderful easter egg from melt and the chocolate was on another level! There was however an issue that I contacted them about and to make my recommendation of them even stronger they contacted me almost immediately and resolved the issue fantastically well and super quick time. Hats off to them!

"Great chocolates horrible customer service "

I am a huge fan of melt chocolates and they are really really good. Probably my favourite. Ibuy from their selfridges store at least once a month. I headed to their store recently with my family as I wanted them to experience melt chocolates too.

We were ignored for 5 minutes while the customer service rep “Irem” was busy doing something in her book. She even heard me call out to her but chose to ignore me. What followed was incredibly rude and fast customer service. She just wanted me to buy without actually letting me take my decision. She was rude with her words and impatient. It embarrassed me in front of my family. Now, we are all in an era where when you sell a premium item you at the bare minimum “smile” and be polite to your customers.

I’ve decided never to buy from this store ever again. I still maintain these are the best chocolates but the customer service is ridiculously bad. The customer rep “Irem” is in serious need of training and is tranishing what is a great brand and product.

Purchased chocolates from them which were fine but they are now texting me with marketing texts. Never signed up to it and have now lost me as a customer because of this.
