The flowers were lovely and delivered next day as said. Only issue was I ordered a large bouquet but a small bouquet was received, which was a shame for us but they were a lovely bunch. Not sure I will order again from this site due to size and cost.

Ordering was very easy, flowers I'm told where beautiful I haven't seen them yet. Only small derail was in the delivery, I think I saw something where the courier was meant to send a notification on delivery. I never received one, a friend sent me a text to say they had arrived. Still a small detail I hope to use you again

"Unable to change order"
I was looking at flowers to cheer up a friend in need.Looked at several websites and put the best flower in the basket determined to get a lovely suitiable bunch of flowers and ended up Duplicate the order.
they wer advertised as next day delivery.But ordered on Sunday, and delivery not availiable till Tuesday. As I paid, realised yhat I'd ordered 2 instead of 1.
Contacted the company first thing Monday. But denied a cancellation.Told - we have sent a request to our supplier asking to cancel your duplicate order.
We will come back to you as soon as they respond. Reason given was -Thank you for your email.
I am very sorry to advise that due to the notice period required by our supplier to make any change to orders we have been unable to change your order as requested.
The reason that we were unable to make the change requested is when the order is placed online the details go straight through to our supplier systems where the labels for the delivery box are printed immediately. The labels are then added to the boxes that the bouquets are packaged in for delivery which then go through to the main area where the bouquets are made and boxed ready for delivery.
Due to the high volumes of orders that the supplier deals with daily, it means that once the order has gone through the above stage they are unable to extract the order as it could cause delays to all of the other orders that are due to be despatched.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
In effect Not able to change the order in anyway when its placed. Unhappy about the service.- Given two stars as the flowers were ok

They arrived looking dead and to be honest I could of got a better bouquet from the local co-op.
