Went and collected my Fridge on a Sunday morning from Manchester. Checked stock before setting off and after speaking with the onsite team in person I ordered the unit while outside the warehouse. The order went straight through and they processed it quickly. The guys loaded the unit into my car and gave me advice on letting it stand before switching on.
A local marathon was taking place in the area and they gave me advice on how to avoid it and return to the motorway.

Purchased a dryer last January and within a month it broke down, they replaced it and now this dryer developed the same fault just under 12 months since I took delivery on it, they won’t replace or refund saying that warranty starts from the delivery of the original dryer which according to consumer rights isn’t correct the warranty period starts from delivery of the replacement dryer they are just fobbing me off and not responding now !!!!!
