Answering the phone very quickly, very impressed. I am deaf and it was lovely that I could understand what was being said to me. I told the lady that I was deaf she was so patient with me and put me at ease. Which made for me. the best service that I have in many years. this is the shop I woud recommend without any hessitation.

"Clueless"

I paid extra for a guaranteed delivery on a Friday, only to discover, late on that Friday, that the transaction had been put on hold for suspected fraud, even though Appliance World Online were already in possession of my money! They said that they didn't even know that the appliance hadn't left their warehouse until I rang them to ask why it hadn't been delivered! The result - an hour on the phone and a week's delay in the delivery. Clueless!

"The product itself was good"

The product itself was good, however the delivery wasn’t. Woke myself and my child up at 6am constantly ringing and knocking the door, then when I got up and opened the door still half asleep they tried to make me unbox and set up the tumble dryer infront of them, and when I didn’t want to because it was 6am, made me speak to their manager on their phone. Never in my life had a delivery that early!

I would not hesitate to recommend Appliance World. What a fantastic service. I needed a new fridge/freezer urgently and telephoned for advice. The lady was so helpful and knowledgable which was just what I needed. I purchased online on the Wednesday and by Thursday morning I had a brand new fridge/freezer fully fitted (integrated) and old one taken away. The guys who delivered were friendly and efficient and very tidy. I know where I'm shopping when I'm needing another appliance.
