We called in our local showroom at Pendlebury and met Steve. He guided us through the pros and cons of certain integrated combined fridge freezers. It was reassuring that Steve was knowledgeable about the products he sells and he is very patient.
The guy that fitted the appliance had a couple of hurdles to overcome in the fitting. He was able to do some problem solving with the electrics and other adjusting to ensure a perfect open and closing of the doors.

"Delivering a 45kg tumble dryer"

The driver and delivery staff were lovely and brought the machine upstairs comfortably.

However, a problem arose when they were asked to put in on a waisthigh plinth - apparently they are not allowed to do that by AO policy. Seems silly and rather spoilt the experience. Everything else was fine.
