"Great Service at the beginning but deteroriated"

We instructed DNA world-wide and we were initially very sceptical about the time scales within which the DNA results would be made available to us. But we were pleasantly surprised when they delivered as promised. we have used them a few times and they have been great. However I was recently disappointed after instructing them when it transpired my contact there had left the organisation and no one bothered to tell me. when they did get round to it, they were neither apologetic or concerned that not only had the deadline by which the DNA test results should be been availed to us passed but they could not give their usual guarantee as to when we could have the test results. Very disappointed and will have to reconsider using them in the future.

"Fast service, sent report to wrong person"

The service was fast and did what I expected it to do however we clearly stated the results address and they sent them to another, given the nature of the service this could have caused ructions. could do better where that is concerned.

"Moppet is now identified!"

We were given info about DNA Worldwide by a friend as everyone we met on walks wanted to know "what Moppet is" and we had no clue as she is a rescue dog. So we applied for Dog DNA pack, which arrived in a couple of days and swabbed her mouth (not a happy Moppet) and sent off the samples. The results came back in four weeks by email & in the post and all was revealed. The process was very simple and the information returned is very thorough and well presented with a family tree, certificate (now displayed above her bed), and details of the major contributors to her character - at least 6 in all! We now understand her behaviour better and can answer and the "what is she"? question with detail and confidence.

It may be a large company but you are made to feel that your are the most important customer they have!
