i have found dealing with DNA worldwide to be a very easy process. the staff are very easy to contact and are extremely helpful. The team like to liaise by email which is particularly helpful for my offices. DNA worldwide also are able to arrange sampling in a wide number of locations worldwide and significantly more than other DNA companies. Excellent service

The DNA service let me down though by not fulfilling their promise to contact me when they received my samples, causing me extra time and expense contacting them.

I know the result was accurate as it reflected what I was told the dogs parents were by the previous owner. I had my doubts about what the previous owner said however as he didn't look at all like the breeds she mentioned. However the DNA result reflected what was stated. The DNA site has no knowledge of the animal other than their name when conducting the test.

Very Goid service. I rescued a puppy and wanted to know his breed so I could work out how big he was going to get! Lovely certificate and information on breeds enclosed with results.
