"Still waiting on item to be delivered "

Ordered in store and was told delivery would be three days. Contacted them after three days to be told it would be another two days. Contacted them again, to be given another date, when it would “definitely be delivered”. When it did not arrive on this date, I contacted customer services, to be told that as I had not paid for delivery, it was never going to be delivered and I should not have been told it was. Delivery to store is not free. I’ve now paid the delivery fee, but still do not have a delivery date as they have to wait to deliver in batches to area, so was told usually Friday or Monday.

We bought a deal with 7mm light oak laminate with underlay included. Arrived within a few days even though we live far from the warehouse. Installed on our floor and it is great. Easy to install with basic tools. All the laminate and underlay was good quality and no damage on it. Very happy

Great customer service!
I ordered some flooring after being let down by 2 other company’s. The flooring from the floor depot arrived after a phone call to update me prior to delivery.
I then thought I’d ordered underlay (I hadn’t) but was met with a prompt reply out of hours and the communication from this company is extremely efficient and excellent would have no problem ordering from them again and feel confident any issues would be resolved. They keep you updated and I feel they are an honest company and were polite despite my error (I even supplied an incorrect email address (we are renovating so just been so busy and ordering supplies etc) not many company’s go out of the way and have this level of customer service.

I had asked for samples first they came quickly.
As I had a few questions, Floor Depot patiently answered them all . Communication was excellent!
I placed my order on Sunday night and delivery was done on Friday morning. Amazing!!!
I would call that almost perfect transaction.
