"Two orders from HiFi headphones and…"

Two orders from HiFi headphones and both orders were perfect!

The HiFi headphones website was brilliant and so easy to use and find the right the pair of headphones I was looking for, especially the in-ear products.

I ended up making 2 purchases as the first purchase I got was so good I had to get another one for a friend!

Thanks HiFi Headphones and I will be using you again soon!

Ordered earphones and headphones at a very competitive price.
My order arrived promptly but unfortunately the products I ordered did not fit the utility I required them for. Microphone on the headphones was incompatible with my console, for example.
Upon explaining the circumstance, returning the goods and them undergoing inspection, I was given a full refund and well wishes that I find a product that suited my needs.
Incredibly considerate and stellar customer service. I will ensure I order here in future.

"Don’t sell me stuff that is out of stock."

I made the mistake of ordering some headphones from them via Amazon. Took my money. Issued me with a tracking ID for the delivery. Later the same day I got a “confirmation of refund” from Amazon as the item was out of stock (Amazon showed 3 in stock). I now have found another - hopefully more effective supplier but I have to wait 5-7 working days for my £329 refund. What a waste of my time and how dare they take such a chunk of my cash for something that don’t have to sell. And the first thing I know about it is the refund confirmation from Amazon. If you can’t provide a proper service via Amazon don’t tarnish you brand by using them. I wonder what excuse they will make on TrustPilot to make it look like it was somehow my fault or this review is somehow unfair?

"Outstanding service"

I have been a customer for nearly 10 years and always use them even though I no longer live in the UK. I have always found them to be available, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient, with a wide range of headphones. More importantly, when a salesperson does not know the answer to a technical question they refer to someone who does.
I recently purchased 2 sets of IEMs, Lypertek Z3 and Z7, which duly arrived safely after 3/4 days. A day or so after the company did a promotion discounting the Z7s, which to be honest I was pretty miffed at, not having been told there was a promotion coming up. I sent an email to the company and received a reply back promptly explaining that Ben, the salesperson, would not have known about the upcoming promotion and offering to give me the discount, which I said thank you, as I had no right to expect a refund. I received an email saying that the refund had been actioned. All was completed within a couple of hours, probably would have been quicker if had I been looking at my email. Is that sterling service or not? I certainly think so.
