Very smooth and friendly check in and car collection. Car was really new and more than we expected . Drop off was fuss free plus a quick shuttle to the airport . First time renter with them so really good compared to the majors. Would rent again from them .

The vehicle is too old and run down. I’m a regular customer. Usually I’m pleased with the car and service rendered but this time I’m disappointed. The car is not road worthy for rental. Poor pick up, suspension off and alignment out. Pls check.

No Birds were very good. The only improvement could be removing the one off $150 fee for travel north of Geraldton. My wife and I visited Kalbarri and it cost an additional $150. The rental agreement was unlimited km so should not have been any extra.

No Rav4 or similar car availability for full 2 weeks time and no possibility to upgrade during rental period. Vacation time does not come as a surprise, various cars all booked out.

Cost was great. Pick up from the airport was easy and it was a quick check in to get the car. Dropping the car back was also very easy.
