The car itself was excellent, just there was an issue with the booking, where we were told by email that we could return after hours and that this could arranged on arrival to the shop. However, when we arrived we were told this would cost 3 additional days as the office was closed for a public holiday, despite us giving the specific dates in an email asking if return after hours was possible.
