Totally disappointed with manner in which contract agreement was very deceiving. We were actually coerced into accepting insurance at $350, or pay unreasonable amount of $2000 deposit upon pickup of vehicle!! We've dealt with no birds multiple times previously without experiencing this sort of mistrust!
