Due to unforeseen circumstances I was left in a lurch when I tried to book an RV that did not materialize. In order to save the rest of my trip, I needed a car and at the very last minute, was able to be accomodated by NoBirds. I was more than elated and grateful as a solo female traveller to have found a last minute vehicle option, and they set me up with a very nice, clean, budget hatchback for very reasonable rates. I was more than happy. Returning was very easy and far simpler than I had thought. I had so many nightmare experiences of renting cars in other countries around the world including Europe and the USA, including on P2P rental platforms, and this is by far one of the best experiences I have had renting a car - I would no longer go through third party platforms if I next return to australia I would always first consider No Birds. Great management, great team. One consideration though is that Australian roads are more rural than city roads, so when you acquire new cars, it would be good to have them spec'd with a few small options like tempered glass or specific tyres.
