It took them over a month to ship a simple 6x6 electrical box cover plate, and they shipped the wrong item. I emailed, requesting the right item & instructions to send the wrong one back. I included original order info & a photo of the obviously incorrect part they sent. They replied but have done nothing but promise to research what went wrong. Multiple follow up emails with the same result. 2 months & no part. Never again.
