"Just as you advertised."
Your quoted returns are as advertised. It would be even better for me if you would send a monthly email of the results to me.

Not funded long enough to give it a five star review. Still think you have to bring down the price of additional investments from minimum $500 to at least $250.00.

"Easy to use website"
Easy to use website. Makes investing very easy however the communication between initial investment and monthly dividend return was sorely lacking.

"Hands down an amazing company and quality service!"
Several months ago, I became enamoured by the concept of real estate investing as a source of genuine passive income. As a young man straight out of college, I've been struggling to hold down full-time work and figured I could look for alternatives to make a monthly income. Then I came across DiversyFund...and I was immediately blown away by their customer service team and expertise on REITs (real estate investment trusts). The company's full transparency about their Growth REIT program (and no hidden fees or maintenance costs) was what truly convinced me to invest with them. I recently even made my first dividend just last week...and look forward to seeing my money grow even more over time!
Special thanks to Adriana, who's been very supportive of my investment goals and for her genuine customer care. :)

"Concerns and red flags..."
I've read multiple directly from professionals in the commercial mortgage industry that this business is in trouble. Commercial lenders are pulling back on loans to real estate investments trusts (REIT) for acquisitions and the industry is in trouble and need of some bailout $$$. This company only has a few deals "in progress" or even on its books!!!
How can this company fund real estate acquisitions with only a few investors? Is that what they are doing or are they securing financing for acquisitions? Crazy !!! I'm personally looking at other more established companies that have been around longer and have more RE deals to choose from/in the pipeline.

"So far so good"
So far so good! I just invested a month and half ago and got some dividend already. I like the financial literacy they offered. I am still checking the company out. Once I feel comfortable with them, planning to invest more. They approach in investing in real estate is very attractive.
