The service can be improved by adding a live chat system. With that, questions can be answer faster than with the current email system. Apart from that be more transparent to show where are those investments made. Also improve the auto deposit system by adding other options instead of having only one option, a monthly auto deposit. Liquidity is another option to be added.

Investing is like putting your money in a black box. You have no idea where it is, what's happening, and only essays of assurance that its doing well.
