"BEWARE!!"
BEWARE!!! Terminix is a horrible company with terrible customer service. They did a job for my church and left tape that is not easily accessible because of the height they ruined the paint in some areas. We have been trying to get it resolved for months and have been ignored. We have sent emails and text messages and have called with no answer. Brian Osorio, a tech that works for Terminix in the broward area, is a liar and is very unprofessional. He was called, and he stated that he would call back in 20 min. He never called, so I called him back he forwarded me to voice mail. I called customer service, and supposedly they sent the complaint to the manager of the local branch who was supposed to call me. Twelve hours later, I am still waiting on a call. Don't waste your time or money on this company.

I was with Terminix for almost 12 years. Great bug service! No issue what soever. Horrible rodent service. After paying them 2k to fix all the issue with rodent entry into my house, I still had gaps. They would set appointments with us and not show up. Absolutely unacceptable. I'm out 2k and still have rodents throwing parties in my attic. I'm now with Truly Nolen. We'll see how they do.

Cameron took the time to google a picture, explained what and where the problem maybe and did a treatment to take care of the issue. Cameron has been servicing my home for several months and has always been kind, courteous, and very helpful.

"peoria il terminix need a new branch manager"
may 21 2024 i had peoria il terminix come out to check our attic. we had a bat. they came out and cleaned and removed all insulation and put back in new insulation the guy who did this was very nice. he also sealed up opening he thought they accesed the attic to.. i paid johnny in full $11.500. i have gotten past due calls that i had to end up blocking and past due notices in the mail i call peoria office on the first one they said u r paid in full . but the notices keep coming i called manager ZACK AND johnny OVER AND OVER LEAVING MY NAME AND NUMBER NEVER ONCE DID THEY RETURN MY CALLS. i would call the peoria il office and would get a girl in flordia or nevada or wherever and they would say someone will call you back and they never did. i even sent in copys of my payments still geting past due notices. and i had my son check out attic july 4 only to find bat droppings. i finnaly got the guy who did the attic and he said i had a bat and once againg cleaned up my attic but i paid 11,500 beacuse my insulation had bat dropping on it. and now you can not tel me bat are so smart they would only drop on the wood floor area and not the new insulation. i am right back where i started. finally the end of july the said my bill was paid infull. finnaly someone with half a brain figured out how to cash a cashier check , it only took them a little over 2 months. i would not recomment peoria terminix to anyone in this area . communitation with them is awful they obviouy only care about getting the job they should first clean the attic the wait a few week to see if any bat returns and they if not new dropiing then put in insulation . i am furious with the m at this point. The automatic message is just from a co that don't care.i would expect branch manager to step it up...

"No communication, Multiple no shows in one scheduled week."
This company schedules appts., then changes appts unbeknownst to the customer. No communication when this happens and with literally hours preparing for them to show and then no shows w/o any communication 2 days in a row. Several calls both days to verify and told they would be here and no follow thru. I have never written a bad review before. Twenty years ago they were a professional good company. Now, I can not recommend.

am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from Terminix on July 27. I had scheduled an appointment for that day, with a window between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. I made arrangements to be at home during this time to ensure that I did not miss the appointment.
Unfortunately, nobody from Terminix showed up within the specified time frame. At 11:00 AM, I called the company to inquire about the status of my appointment. The representative I spoke with was unable to provide any information about when, or if, someone would be able to come to my home that day.
At 11:15 AM, I received a call from Joe Dula. During our conversation, he exhibited a poor attitude and was extremely unprofessional. When I asked him why he did not show up during the scheduled time, he hung up on me then called back with further attitude and questioned whether I still wanted him to come and inspect my house. His tone and demeanor were entirely inappropriate, and he was unapologetic for the inconvenience caused. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown by your staff. The experience has left me with a very negative impression of Terminix, and I do not intend to use your services in the future. I also feel compelled to share this experience with others, as it reflects poorly on this company's commitment to customer service

Do not hire them for anything!!! I paid a LOT of money because I had mice in my basement. After my first follow up appointment they basically said there was no way to seal the entire house completely and mice would probably get back in. I paid for 5 years of service. 4 years in and I have a major infestation. I called to schedule an appointment and was told someone would contact me. No one did so I reached out and was told a specific date and time. I took off work so I could be home. No one showed and when I called the generic number they said my appointment was scheduled for another 10 days out. They cancelled my appointment the day before without informing me. I wasted a vacation day and now it’s supposed to be another 10 days of having mice run around my basement. Requested a call from management but of course they don’t care. This company is nothing but a scam. Hire local businesses- they will care more about you than some corporation that can’t even be bothered to communicate with their customers.

"Charged for service not received and terrible customer service"
I wish I had read reviews before doing business with terminix. On the initial visit in April we talked about many different options and decided on pest and termite control with a monthly charge of $123.56 for 18 months. I told the rep. I wanted a bill in writing saying exactly what we had talked about and how much I owed. I wanted to pay the total amount as they said after 90 days I would have to pay finance charges. After making 2 payments I get a bill from SMAC, a finance company they do business with, for over $5163.00. I made numerous calls to terminix people, and even drove over an hour to the nearest terminix office to discuss the problem. Each time got the same response, "We understand the problem and we'll take care of it. You'll hear from us in 2 to 3 days". No call was ever received and the problem was apparently swept under a rug with the belief I'd just roll over and let it go. I did at least find out that this fraudulent charge was for an attic insulation they do but this service was only talked about by us and I said no to. These people are obviously trained to say this but unfortunately not trained to actually care about the customer and address the concern. It's now the end of July and I'm sick of their lies and runarounds. I've told them to remove the in ground termite stations and to cease going to my house to do the quarterly bug spraying. I told them I'll make no more payments and will ensure they can't access my money. I've closed out my bank savings account so the finance company cannot get any more undeserved money. I've also shut down the credit card which terminix was taking $123.56 each month from. I'm not a crook so wouldn't take service without paying and this I told their rep. I informed them that I'm a snowbird and currently up north but that I will be in my Florida home on 1 October at which time they can come and present a written itemized copy of what I owe and I will gladly pay in cash. Never give bank or credit card information to this company.
