"Had a tech 21 case for years that I loved "

Had a tech 21 case for my iPhone that I loved. Asked about getting a new one after purchasing a iPhone 16 Pro. Not many choices but wanted to try one anyway. Ordered the case on January 21, paid for it plus shipping. Item never arrived. Then days later after several hours of communication they refunded my payment for the case. But I had to go back and ask them to refund the shipping cost I paid for ten days earlier. No explanation of why the item didn’t ever move or any sincere apologies for what transpired I’m extremely disappointed that a company would treat me so poorly.
