Teribble experience! First order was shipped to the wrong address, second order was never shipped and return to sender.
Then I received a message they don't ship to Canada while my package was still with FEDEX in limbo.. 3 weeks of wasted time to get a phone case. Unbelievable. For someone who owns an e-commerce business, I cannot imagine having my customers go through such a waste of time!

Screen protector cracked the same day I bought it, solely by placing the phone face down (without force). The company said there is no warranty on screen protectors, and that if it cracked "it has fulfilled its purpose and we would not offer a replacement". Terrible customer service.

Tech 21 didn't stand behind the warranty. I'm very careful with my electronic equipment so surprised when my Tech 21 case had three cracks. I have depended on them for many years, but no more.

The order took too long to arrive, its been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting! I have the phone now, just no case!
The help desk provides no real help, and I've shown them it hasnt moved in 2 weeks.
I love these cases but good lord! It shouldnt take this long

I purchased a case and was not happy with it upon reciept. The return process is ridiculous and not easy at all. Most other companies would at least provide a shipping label, but not tech 21. Most companies will pay for the shipping of a return, but not tech 21. The cost I had to pay to return my item was almost as much as what I paid for the case itself.
