Tech21's *PRODUCTS* get a full 5-stars. My experience purchasing from Trech21 gets 1 star. I ordered an iPhone screen protector ahead of time so that I could immediately install it when getting a new phone. Well they sent me the wrong product. I asked them to put a rush on a replacement, and it took way too long. In the meantime, what do you think happened? That's right. I got the new phone and, ONE week without screen protection, there is a permanent scratch through the glass!! UGH!! I didn't even drop it either. It's PRECISELY why I purchased the protector AHEAD of time. I'm disappointed that I received the wrong item and they took way too long to get me a replacement. I'm even more disappointed that my phone scratched without an actual drop. And I'm most disappointed that there is nothing I can do about that except eat $30 and use up an early AppleCare replacement. Party foul.

"Screen protector bad quality "

Ordered a screen protector. It came with only French instructions. I did exactly as it said (had to use google translate) and used the applicator tool. Now I have air bubbles and the ends are already peeling. On their website they say it comes with an extensive instruction. This is not the case as there was only a short instruction in French. I live in the Netherlands so I at least expected an English instruction

Good well made protection for my phone, my previous phone had tech 21 case and dropping phone does as it says on the tin ! Highly recommend and worth the extra cost as I purchased one for my expensive S25 ultra
