"Ordering experience"

Ordering experience: ordered case for my new iPhone 16 Pro Max. Pictures and descriptions did not indicate there was an open section (1 1/4") for the camera button which leave the phone exposed to potential damage. I wanted the entire phone to be covered by the case. Ordered case on 2/2/25 and never received it until 2/12/25. Paid $.98 for postage to be within 3-5 business days. Sent email and all I ever got was the automated message back saying they would contact me in 24 hours. They never did. Disappointed with case and company lack of communication. Now I am stuck with it as cannot return it because the box is not intact even though it was torn when I received it.

Awesome. I got a bad case and the buttons fell off. I contacted tech21 and showed them pics and proof of purchase and they sent a brand new case out within a couple days. The new case is working great. Great company. Thank you!
