"Not Impressed"

I placed the order on February 2nd and did not receive the case until the 18th or 19th. It took over two weeks to receive! It's not like it shipped from a different country or something. Also the color is more like a tan/brown and not very gold-like.

Took over two weeks to get the case. It does not fit well on the galaxy s25+. Poor product and shipping. Would not recommend.

I returned the item back on the same day I received it but I'm still waiting for my refund as the case is not good quality, especially for the price you pay. If your reading this message i would advise against buying it.

If you are looking to buy a tech 21 phone case in 2025 I would advise not to.

They lie about the durability of their case. Dropped my phone face down onto tiles from 1 foot and it broke with the case on.

Tech21 will hold out THE FULL 21 WORKING DAYS BEFORE EVEN CONSIDERING GIVING YOU YOUR REFUND. Then they will require you to provide tracking proof that the item was returned IN HOPES THAT PEOPLE WITH EITHER FORGET ABOUT THEIR REFUND OR THROW AWAY THEIR TRACKING RECEIPTS. Thankfully I held on to everything. I definitely got shady vibes from them and will never ever purchase anything from them again. I have shared this experience with friends, family & our large military community.
