I will always buy Tech21 for my phone and here is why:
While driving a motorbike through Hanoi at 30mph, my phone fell out of its hands free support. I looked over my shoulder and the phone was cartwheeling down the road. It spun on it's edge for about 40 metres. I picked it up and the damn phone didn't even have a scratch. You guys earned a lifetime subscription from me for that. Keep it up.

I bought it in China, and I had already paid the relevant tax when I bought it. If it involves the return and exchange, do I need to pay the tax twice? This involves the loopholes of your company's after-sales problems. I don't think I need to bear this tax personally.
I currently have such a problem because your after-sales service cannot be realized locally. If there is such a problem, do consumers need to bear it? OtterBox of the same category will bear the relevant expenses by itself, and it also provides after-sales service across borders. Why is there such a difference?
The main problem is that I don't think I should pay taxes twice, because I have already paid taxes when I bought this. At present, it is because of your quality problems that I need to return and exchange the goods, not because I buy it again. If there is no problem and I need to buy it across borders, I am willing to bear the local tax costs.
