Shipping/tracking information is not accurate. An AusPost tracking is created before the item arrives from overseas, so looks like item never shipped. Would appreciate seeing the order’s full tracking history start to finish so I can be certain it actually shipped.

Although it took some time to get a replacement case, it was eventually sent to me without me having to speak to anyone at a higher level and without me having to spend any additional money!

I love & trust the Tech21 products. I've had 3 phones with their cases & my whole family have Tech 21 cases. It's the only case I trust on my phone. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is the new Smoke case (iP 15 Pro) is more blue than black, not what I expected.
