"I needed a new iPhone 11 cover"

I needed a new iPhone 11 cover. I liked your product and tried to replace it at Apple but they no longer carried it. I went online and started communicating with your company. After much back and forth, I was directed to a link to IPhone covers to try. I ordered one but it said iPhone11 pro and it was not correct (I had asked if this would work and was told yes.) It came. It did not fit (quarter inch) and the next weeks were trying to communicate with returning it. I had to send order numbers, slips, even asked for proof it did not fit. The responses, while cordial, were slow and never answered my direct questions which were 1) will this fit and 2) how can I return it. The whole process was frustrating. I just now got a packing slip and hope I get reimbursed, two and a half weeks later.

"Crash Survival ! "

Late last year my husband (TJ) & myself (Mykaila) purchased 2 iPhone 15 Pro Maxs . I work for T-Mobile and I’ve always used , loved and recommended Tech21 cases to all my customers so of course with our new phones we purchased brand new Tech21 phone cases to protect our phones as best as we possibly could hope ! Now fast forward to June 2024 everything is fine with our phones and cases . On June 12, 2024 we were in a horrible motorcycle accident. We were on our motorcycle coming through an intersection when a young man failed to yield for oncoming traffic , he proceeded to turn left across the intersection and t-boned us and our bike in broad daylight at a high rate of speed (about 50-55mph) . My husband and I both sustained injuries and were thrown from the bike and fully across the road/intersection . TJs phone was mounted to the bike while mine was originally in my hand . Both phones end up hitting the pavement exceptionally hard . My phone landed and flipped/slid through the intersection with me and my husbands landed almost in oncoming traffic away from us and the bike . I want your company to know and be proud that YOUR cases protected our phones from ANY damages at all AND neither of them even look like they hit the pavement at all let alone had been in a terrible accident ! They are still on our phones now and I will NEVER use another case company to protect my phone ! Thank you , thank you , thank you !!! I love the cases with the colorful MagSafe rings and we both love your case with the glow in the dark buttons !!! I hope to be able to purchase them soon (whenever we can get back to work since we’re currently out with lots of recovery to be done & can’t afford them right now) but that’s beside the point ! Your company and team should be so happy and proud of the product you provide !!! We love you guys and thank you for your incredible cases that kept our phones safe during disaster !
