"Apple 15 Flex Pro - Clear Glow in the Dark"

I bought the FlexPro - Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max Case MagSafe® Compatible - Clear Glow in the Dark × 1 not long ago, and I had been cleaning the case on a weekly basis and the sides are started to discolour. As I have an extended 3 year warranty, I contacted Tech21 and they responded very swiftly informing me that they would happily send me a replacement. I really appreciated this as I have only had the case for around 3 months or so. Tech21 products are quality and I find them much better than their competitors. I have always used Tech21 for my phone cases and I shall continue to do so.

ordered a clear case. On opening its a disgusting discoloured yellow, looks like its spent 2 years in the sun, and smells horrible. Obviously the antimicrobial part of the case causes it to yellow and smell bad. Requesting a refund via their helpdesk email address.

My daughter had ordered the case and inputted the address wrong which was only noticed after the delivery didn’t show, contacted tech21 and they changed to the correct address. Again, still no show of order. Contacted again and they soon sent another item and was delivered this time perfectly. The problem was not tech 21 but my daughters and the delivery company for loosing the first order. Problem got sorted and daughter now happy.

In the past Tech 21 used to have in YouTube videos for the set up of the different products.
These videos are not available any more, regardless of the fact that it would take less than 5 minutes to do these videos

I sent a reply to a customer service agent several days ago. NEVER got a reply.

In brief the service has been A DISASTER !!! :o(
