I bought a case for MacBook Air. It was difficult/impossible to determine which case would fit my laptop. I called customer service for help. She could not tell me which case would fit, gave me case dimensions (which does not provide the dimensions of the inside of the case where the laptop will sit), and then directed me to a web page that didn't exist.
