Arrived when promised. Fits the phone perfectly without increasing overall size. Still fits fine in clothing pockets and tech pockets. I especially like the lens cover. Since the digital imaging capability of these new phones has significantly progressed protecting their lens is as important as the lens caps that used to be on all my 35mm camera lenses.

"Order never arrived and the reason made no sense."

Like a lot of companies, they sadly use the rather terrible Evri delivery company. My order for two Pixel 6 Pro screen shields were picked up successfully, were out for delivery on Monday but never turned up. The delivery simply said "they could not delivery it and that they would retry on the next working day" The next working day would have been both Tuesday and today, which also never happened. The tracking has not even updated since Monday so there has been no attempt to redeliver.

This morning I got an email back from Miranda at Tech21 that my order has been refunded. The strange explanation was that "It seems Evri could not deliver your package as the business was closed" and that the order was being returned to sender. What business??? The address is both in my name and clearly for a residential address which Tech21 would be able to see if they simply looked at the order. I've asked what the hell this means and have had no reply or attempt to rectify the obvious error. I'm now looking for another company to buy the product for my phone. It's amazing how companies with such bad customer service manage to keep operating.

My wife had a new ‘phone, hence the purchase. Dispatched and delivered promptly and as described.

I ordered two items for my new iPhone 15 to protect it right from the start and one of the items was for the wrong phone and so wouldn’t protect my camera.
I have sent two or three emails to try and get this sorted out and am still waiting for the correct item.

I highly recommend Tech21 cases and will only use them from now on. My iPhone X was in a Tech21 case when I dropped it from a roller coaster onto the tracks. Clearly, I did not think that my phone would be intact but was hoping that I could pull the memory from it somehow. After contacting the park, and identifying where the phone had landed, the maintenance team walked the track of the roller coaster and found my phone laying on the middle of the track where trains had continuously ran until the end of the business day. My phone was not EVEN scratched! Tech21 saved my phone and saved me many tears and dollars. 100% worth the investment!
