Astonishing dishonest and unprofessional company. Bought two phone cases on their website that were clearly marked ‘MagSafe compatible’. Yet when I receive them neither are. I immediately message them to arrange return and refund, get nothing back. So I chase it, get nothing again. Chase it again and this time get an email saying it is MY fault as they are not for MagSafe - ignoring the fact the website says they are - and then claimed they had sent me a return label but now that 14 days had passed they would not reissue it. I repeatedly emailed to say I didn’t get this email and for them to a) prove they had sent it to me and b) to reissue it, and they refused. Then they just kept ignoring my emails. They clearly never did send me the return label. So not only are they misrepresenting their products, but are then refusing to refund customers who understandably want their money back. Disgrace.

So the case is great, which I guess it kinda has to be when the damn thing is slippery as oil the belt clip broke two days after I got it so now it rides in my pocket or on my console or on my lap all three of those things are not good because this thing slides out of everything it protects the phone, but I assume if it’s gonna be the slippery it probably has to but I buy it again maybe but they would need to put some kind of traction on this thing
