be very careful if you buy their clear MacBook Air case, they claim it won't crack but mine has cracked along the corners and nothing has hit it nor been dropped. $80 for this, smh.

Single-handedly the worst customer experience. Do NOT purchase from this company.
First they have a misleading product description. I was looking for a replacement charging case for AirPods 2 Pro, when this product came up on Google- naturally I read through the product descriptions, but it is not all clear that this is only a clear covering for the case for $35 AUD! The photos on their website also make it look like the product itself has a charging port. I would have never bought this, if it was clear that this was only a case for the case (which was only apparent once I received it). So I contacted Tech21, and sent it to their returns shipping address as per their instructions. It cost me an additional $20.85 AUD to return it to the company. Posted for return on 1/8/24, by 24/8 I could see that the parcel arrived at their collection depot in Hong Kong but didn’t hear anything from the company. I wrote another email to them following up stating that I can see that the parcel has landed in HK & asking when it may be processed. No answer for 2 weeks (6 weeks since I posted the return). And today I found the parcel returned to me, having been unclaimed! So I wasted $55.85 for a product with wildly misleading description. I would have given minus stars if it were an option. Misleading product description, poor communication and no accountability that I can see. I remained polite throughout the email exchange and I feel like I’ve been scammed out of money. Truly left a negative taste.

"Tech21 Evo Clear do not alway protect up to spec."

Both me and my wife have Tech21 evo clear cases on our IPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 12.

Within 1,5 year of use, both the backs of our phones are cracked inside the case starting from the camera. It seems to be a design flaw in the case that creates a specific pressure point around the camera that easily brakes the back glass of your phone when falling on the back.

In other situations the protection has been as advertised.

Nevertheless I would not recommend these covers.
