Always been a fan of tech21, every phone i get i always make sure i buy a tech 21 case for it. Love it!

Bought a clear iPhone case which yellowed after a short period of time, customer service was very poor and did not resolve the issue.

Thank you for your response. This was all well within 12 months. The first case sent out was faulty and was replaced after a few days of receiving, soon after this replacement case was sent it began yellowing and looked terrible. Your customer services responded “All purchases are subject to one replacement only” and would not replace or accept the case back for a refund. So because Tech21 sent out a faulty case to begin with, they did not feel they were obliged to offer any warranty on the replacement case. I expect this goes against all consumer rights, but the reality is that it is not going to be followed up in most cases due to the value vs hassle.

I ordered this item directly from the website and it still has not arrived. It went from Mississippi to Tennessee to Florida and then came to Canada. It is apparently now in Canada somewhere. This is taking way too long and I won’t order from this website again.

I had to buy the same cell phone case twice because the first time the address was wrong and you didn't want to change it and now that I got the address right you sent me a blue case when I had selected black. Terrible service! A waste of money almost 40 dolars plus taxes for nothing, because the blue case is really ugly...so thanks for taking my mine twice.
