"Extremely Disappointing Service and Lack of Communication"

I am highly disappointed with my recent experience with Tech21. I placed an order for a phone case over two weeks ago, and to this day, I still haven't received my package. The tracking number provided doesn't work, and despite reaching out to customer support, I haven't received any meaningful updates on my order status.

This delay has been incredibly frustrating, as I'm reluctant to use my new phone without proper protection. I even requested to cancel my order if it hasn't been shipped yet, but I’ve received no response regarding that either.

The lack of communication and delay in delivery is unacceptable. I would advise anyone considering purchasing from Tech21 to think twice before placing an order. Very disappointed with the service.
