I have had a tech21 case on my phone for three years so when that one cracked after I dropped it, I ordered another one, happily. The one I received split within 24 hours of being on my phone. Customer service was very responsive and shipped me a replacement. That one also split within 24 hours. I requested a refund and got a response that I can’t have a replacement for a replacement. I didn’t ask for a replacement, I asked for my money back.
Clearly the two cases I received were defective. Maybe I bought the only two defective ones but it might be worth while testing a few.
