I have been using Tech21 cases for my iPhones for many years now I think starting with iPhone 4 and in spite of many drops on hard surfaces many times, I have yet to break a screen or damage the phones. My most recent one an 11 Pro I turned in to Apple and got the full exchange value because it was still in perfect condition after 5 years in a Tech21 case. just bought a Tech21 MagSafe case for my 15 Pro and looks great and feel solid without adding much to the size of the phone.

Fulfillment of orders takes much longer with Tech21 when compared to other e-commerce websites.

I ordered two iphone 16 pro max cases. And only received a mail saying that Tech21 is happy with the order but no cases. In general no information about the order is given.

Ordered new Iphone 13 phone case and within 2 weeks the case design was peeling off the corners.

"Damaged case and one I need to return and no reply "

I ordered two phone cases as I was unsure whether I was getting the iPhone 16 Pro or Pro Max. I emailed on Saturday asking to return the one I didn’t need and also to have a replacement for the second case as it arrived scratched. Their automated reply said I would receive a response within 24 hours. Four days later, I have heard nothing and currently have a case I don’t need with no instructions on how to return it and a scratched case with no replacement. Not great!
