I decided to preorder a new case for the iPhone 16 release and expected it to ship today, 09/20 according to what Tech21’s website stated at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, it appears the company is not actually shipping any orders today as originally promised and advertised. I had to reach out to customer service regarding an inquiring into my order to discover this. It appears the company is trying to keep this a secret instead of notifying customers regarding this. A ship date of 09/20 was already lagging behind some of its competitors and now this makes it even worse. I strongly regret my decision of making this purchase now. I will say that this is one of my first bad experiences with this company as I have ordered products in the past with little to no issues. Please find a solution to this immediately. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this company nor trust them with any further business transactions.

The customer service is exceptional—always quick to respond and very helpful. Plus, it comes with a one-year warranty in case the phone case gets damaged, which happens very rarely.

I also recommend the screen protector, although I prefer the silicone ones over the glass. The silicone protectors feel amazing and don’t leave fingerprints on my screen.
