"Fake promises, terrible customer service"
Ordered two iPhone 16 Pro Max cases and protective glasses on the 20th (Friday) of September, got an e-mail saying they were shipped on the 23rd (Monday)
It's been almost two weeks since then, passing the "2-6 business day" delivery period, I have not received any updates regarding my order, even though I have sent multiple enquiries to their email that has a guarantee of responding within "24 hours"
What I have received though is a "tracking number" for the order that, once put into the system of the Netherlands post that they redirect me to by pressing on it, shows that the package does not have a function for tracking, so this is blatantly false.
Posting an update if I even receive the cases and the protective glasses, as I expected them to already be here cause I'm very much time limited and have only until next Wednesday.

I've finally received a "reply", if you can even call it that, and I quote :
"Hello
We are sorry to hear your order has not been dispatched
We can either refund or resend the order again
Please confirm and we will proceed accordingly
kind regards"
I seriously wish I was kidding. They didn't answer any of my questions, such as why the tracking code isn't working nor why my order is over a week late.
But it gets better, I went to check with the Croatian postal office in my area if the package could by some coincidence be there.
It was not, matter of fact, it DID NOT even leave the Netherlands, for all this time, the package has basically been in place since they "shipped it"
Needless to say I'm at a loss for words and kind of at a loss of options as to what I should do about this, terrible!
Will update again if the situation continues to unfold..

Update...about 9 hours after this response I did get an email finally stating that they cancelled the order. I am still waiting to see that they actually processed the refund. Funny that 24+ hours earlier it was too late to cancel the order that was 3.5 weeks late shipping but after a fraud case with the CC company and this Trustpilot review... poof... the order is cancelled. sigh.
Again, great cases. But, if I every consider ordering another case from this company I will only do so using a third party to protect myself. This experience has been terrible.

I previously had a case from this company, purchased at the Apple Store so I didn’t deal directly with them at this time, and it was great.
When I upgraded my phone this fall I decided I would get another of these great cases but ordered directly from Tech21.com because why not and no one else had their cases.
That is when the nightmare started. Ordered on 9/10. Today is 10/3. No case nothing shipped and they still refuse to refund my money. I will be forced to gather together all the emails and posts and file a fraud dispute with my credit card this evening.
I am so disappointed in this company. And further it is a real shame as their cases, or at least the one I had for my previous phone, seem great.
If you must support this company order your case from Amazon or another third party where you have protection from these people. :-(

Comprei 3 capas com prazo de entrega 2 a 6 dias entretanto já passou o prazo não consigo ver o tracking e mandei email e não me respondem. Já passaram 48 horas desde o email e dizem que respondem em 24 horas

I’ve been using Tech21 since 2010 and bought a iPhone 16 case from them on 9/14/24 and as of 9/30/24 still haven’t received the phone case or really and updates from the company. I had to reach out multiple times to get a response from them. Don’t you think they should be reaching out to their customers giving an update? Best part is they say they can’t confirm when it will ship (no reasoning behind why) but funny they are still accepting orders online. Just sad because they have great products and first time I ever experienced this with them but sadly won’t be using them again because of this experience. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

For $50 I would expect this to be thicker and actually have some sort of screen protection. I put on a screen protector rendering this $50 piece of rubber useless.
You’re better off spending less cash in TikTok that has better protection. Not just paying for a name brand!

"Poor product and customer service…"
I bought a new iPhone 16 max screen protector. I have bought previous ones from them. The installation instruction's for this new version were very poor, resulting in a few bubbles. The instructions said to push these out. This did not work so wrote to them and they said bubbles were not their responsibility. So they admit they will occur but if they do not come out then it’s my fault not theirs. Been a customer of theirs for 6 years, will go elsewhere from now on

Maybe it was something unusual for the cases but unfortunately I have one now.

"Worst product and service "
Purchased a phone case and whilst order was being processed I tried to cancel my order but customer service didn’t respond for a week then the order was sent.
Order then took over two weeks to arrive so I doubt they had already processed the order when I contacted them.
Then when I paid for the product to be returned the return address given by customer service was false and postage was returned.
Now customer service doesn’t reply back to me.
Product is sub standard quality and not worth the money.
Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced
